Article 78. of the Law on Survey and Cadastre of the Republic of Srpska (Official Gazette of the Republic of Srpska 6/12) provides that the commision in the process of exposure, and for the purpose of establishing a real estate cadastre, publishes that exposure in a public notice in the cadastral municipality in which the establishment takes place and on the website of the Administration, no later than 30 days prior to the start of the exposure of data and establishment of property rights.
